     У статті досліджено емерджентність та основні компоненти становлення емерджентної економіки, зазначено, що емерджентні властивості не можуть бути виведені як наслідок властивостей окремих її частин, мають непередбачуваний характер та стрибкоподібну динаміку процесів розвитку. Розглянуто теоретичні аспекти емерджентної економіки, а також ефекти, які характеризують здатність складних економічних систем до комбінованої дуальної дії її різних елементів. Доведено, що позитивні ефекти в стані емерджентності економіки є важливим кроком у реалізації цілісної концепції та стратегії розвитку України із врахуванням інтеграційних процесів і фінансових механізмів, які лежать в основі її вдалої реалізації. Здійснено моніторинг та оцінювання результатів моделі емерджентного розвитку економік через призму міжнародних рейтингів та надано рекомендації до формування загальної національної стратегії, спрямованої на покращення слабких характеристик галузей національного господарства та економіки України в цілому. Підкреслено, що на основі накопичення проявів емерджентних властивостей систем відбувається емерджентна еволюція.

 Розширена анотація англійською мовою

     The article considers the integral properties manifested in complex dynamical systems through interaction with the environment. Theoretical aspects of emergent economics and the effects that characterize the ability of complex economic systems to combine single-vector action of its various elements, determined that the sum of the effect exceeds the individual results of the elements, and found that it has an organized and planned nature of savings economic system. The emergence and the main components of the emergence of the emergent economy, it is noted that the emergent properties cannot be derived as a consequence of the properties of individual parts and are unpredictable. It is proved that the positive effects in the state of emergence of the economy is an important step in the implementation of a holistic concept and development strategy of Ukraine, taking into account the integration processes and financial mechanisms that underlie its successful implementation. The results of the model of emergent development were monitored and evaluated through the prism of international ratings and general recommendations were provided for the formation of a general national strategy aimed at strengthening the weak characteristics of the national economy and the economy of Ukraine as a whole.
The categorical-conceptual apparatus of the concept of “emergence” is characterized and the evolutionary stages of theoretical approaches to its interpretation are determined. The characteristic of “emergence” as a property of the system, a synonym of the system effect, the direction of methodology as a system approach, the law of emergence, the concept, function, revolution, potential and type of economic system with an institutional order. Types of strategies, including emergent strategy, are considered. The characteristic features of emergent systems that need to be taken into account when modeling development indicators are highlighted. It is determined that on the basis of accumulation of manifestations of emergent properties of systems there is an emergent evolution.
