\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The article analyzes the regulatory framework for ensuring the economic security of Ukraine. It is established that the shortcoming of the institutional and organizational component of the mechanism for ensuring the state economic security is the lack of public authorities powers clear delineation, which are responsible for Ukraine economic security ensuring. Based on the world experience of the state economic security ensuring, it is necessary to clearly delineate functions and tasks, to create a single centre of coordination and control over the authorities\u2019 activities in the field of Ukraine economic security at the legislative level. It is also important to distinguish between the tasks of the state, regional and local levels while ensuring the unity of the economic security management executive branch of each regions and the state as a whole. It is determined that Ukraine provides passive economic security, which is too dangerous in the face of global challenges and threats. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an active management of state economic security, which will move from sporadic measures to creating a stable economic security mechanism, regular detection and resolution of the whole problems set. The necessity of programs, concepts and provisions coordination of strategic planning in the field of state economic security, and also formation of state economic security strategy is substantiated. The mechanism of ensuring the state economic security is proposed and characterized. It is based on the principle of advanced management and taking into account the innovation policy of the national economy. The innovation policy formation, which ensures the resources allocation and the definition of the science and technology development directions includes the development of an economic mechanism for its implementation. Modernization and strengthening of the national economy scientific and technical base with the balanced use of foreign experience in strengthening national economic security are the main guidelines of Ukraine economic security system.<\/p>\n
