In this paper we consider a modernized programming complex for automated determination of morphological and rhythmic diagnostic signs of electrocardio signal. The mathematical software of the programming complex for increasing the speed of processing of the electrocardio signal in comparison with previously known methods is substantiated. The structural and functional scheme of the modernized programming complex has been developed. A program has been developed that implements a new method of reducing a discrete random process to an isomorphic random periodic sequence, which will allow to accelerate the processing of electrocardiograms in computer cardiac diagnostic systems. The modernized programming complex was tested on real electrocardio signal. An example of the program interface for statistical processing of electrocardio signal, the results of processing several cycles of the studied electrocardio signal and its rhythmic structure, the graph of several cycles of implementation of the L-periodic random sequence obtained from the electrocardiogram, by acting on it by the scale conversion operator, evaluation of rhythm function, graphs of realization of the third component of the vector rhythmocardio signal, describing the duration of T-intervals in the electrocardio signal and its histograms, implementation graphs: statistical evaluation of the autocorrelation function of the third component of the vector of statistical evaluation of the inter-correlation function, graph of realization of statistical evaluation of spectral power densities. Through the use of a new mathematical model of heart signals in the form of a conditional discrete cyclic random process and a new method of statistical processing, it was possible to increase the speed of processing of the electrocardio signal in comparison with previously developed methods based on its model in the form of a cyclic random process. The modernized programming complex enables to carry out highly informative automated heart rhythmic analysis and morphological analysis of electrocardiograms on the basis of stochastic approach.
