In agriculture the tillers\u2019 implements are most affected by abrasion wear-out. The intensity of their wear-out is caused by: soil and climatic conditions, physical and machine properties of the implements material, as well as by and operating conditions. The motion speed of a tiller is the main operational factor which affects the wear-out intensity of the implements. The research has established that the increase of a tiller motion speed results in the intensification as well as in the nature of changes of the implements wear-out. The increase of a tiller motion speed promotes to the intensification of the abrasion wearing-out process when operating a tiller on sandy soils and the wear-out process slows down on light clay.\u00a0 The implements wear-out intensity, which were made of high-quality wear-resistant steel 28MnB5 and Hardox 500, is less as compared to a commercial implements made of steel 65\u0413. When operating the tillers on soft formations, the wear-out intensity of the nose of a plowshare is not observed when the tiller motion speed increases, it is because the specific pressure in a contact zone of a nose part does not increase. It is identical for the center hoes and disk-shaped implements. When operating the tillers on soft soils, the wear-out intensity of a nose part of a plowshare is not observed when the tiller motion speed increases, it is because the specific pressure in a contact zone of a nose part does not increase. It is identical for the center hoes and disk-shaped implements. The increase of motion speed results in wear-out intensity of disk-shaped implements as compared to plowshare-hoes implements.
