Abstract – The article deals with the synthesis of the interactive monitoring model structure of technological equipment quasi-stationary states in small hydropower plants based on the image cluster model. The main purpose of this work is to develop the theory and methodology of constructing image cluster model for monitoring the states of small hydropower plants, which includes the development of theoretical foundations for the construction of a set of models of quasi-stationary states of multi-parameter technological facilities, analysis of the structure and characteristics of information flows that are formed in hydropower plants for monitoring their states. Interactive mode of monitoring implementation, effective structuring of control facilities models, as well as reliable identification of quasi-stationary, abnormal, pre-emergency, emergency and environmentally hazardous situations at power plants are important for information interaction of technological equipment components of hydropower plants. The application of deep statistical, correlation, entropy, and logical-statistical analysis of the facility states is a promising tool for increasing the operators\u2019 efficiency in conditions of abnormal situations as it leads to increasing the effectiveness of emergency preparedness and environmental safety of complex industrial facilities. The construction of image cluster model is carried out using the algorithm for parallel processing of statistical data and correlation characteristics of technological objects. The theoretical principles of the methodology of constructing image cluster model of multi-parameter objects based on the proposed functional for the assessment of the monitoring object state are described. Structural solutions of computerized control systems of technological process parameters are analyzed. Functions of interaction between the operator and the object in the information environment of the computerized system are systematized. The structure of a parallel algorithm for constructing and displaying image cluster object model on the basis of the developed CAD software is presented.
