acetylacetonate, composition Cu<sub>3<\/sub>Bi (AA)<sub>4<\/sub> (OCH<sub>3<\/sub>)<sub>5<\/sub>, where<br \/>\nHAA = H<sub>3<\/sub>C-C (O) \u2013CH<sub>2<\/sub>-C (O) \u2013CH<sub>3<\/sub>, experimental measurements and theoretical calculations of the basic physical parameters of this material are carried out. It is proved that this material is a semiconductor, and with the carriers of the charge of both signs. The dependences of the concentration of charge carriers and the constant Hall on temperature are obtained. In the temperature range from 50 \u00b0 C to 220 \u00b0 C, the concentration of charge carriers increases from 8,21\u038710<sup>23 <\/sup>\u00a0m<sup>-3<\/sup> to 4,36\u038710<sup>35<\/sup> m<sup>-3<\/sup>, and the Hall&#8217;s value decreases from 8,9\u038710<sup>-6<\/sup> m<sup>3<\/sup>\u0387Cl<sup>-1 <\/sup>to 1,6\u038710<sup>-17<\/sup> m<sup>3<\/sup>\u0387Cl<sup>-1<\/sup>.
