The new vision of the policy of development of agriculture and rural areas combined positions on structural adaptation and diversification of the rural economy and defined new financing structures.<\/p>\n
Solving the problems of food security at the national and global levels depends primarily on the effectiveness of the mechanisms for ensuring the functioning of the agrarian sector of the economy and related industries. From the point of view of the integration of Ukraine into the European space, it is necessary to study the methodological approaches and practices of the production functions of the agricultural sector of the countries of the European Union, which have significant experience and significant positive results in this field.<\/p>\n
Further changes in the policy of agro-industrial production and development of rural areas focused on the formation of a new quality of the rural landscape and ensuring the viability of rural communities, diversification of the rural economy, improvement of quality and safety. Improving access to food and public services, applying the policy of regional development equalization, expanding the circle of participants, focusing on increasing the efficiency of the economic, social and ecological development of rural areas, creating prerequisites and forming partnerships between state and private organizations, applying the principle of subsidiarity civil society, etc.<\/p>\n
It is substantiated that cluster structures enjoy significant support at both the subregional, state, and local levels, as they are considered the most effective tool for expanding and actively implementing innovation potential to increase the competitiveness of all types of regions and ensure effective sustainable spatial development. Researchers identify Germany, France, Italy, Finland, Great Britain and the Netherlands as the leaders in implementing cluster structures in Europe.<\/p>\n
