Among the most common HRM information systems, such as built-in, cloud and mobile systems, \u00abZoho People\u00bb, \u00abOrangeHRM\u00bb, \u00abCakeHR\u00bb, \u00abWorkable\u00bb, \u00abBambooHR\u00bb, \u00abSAP SuccessFactors\u00bb, \u00abWorkday HCM\u00bb, \u00abDeloPro\u00bb, \u00abHugeProfit\u00bb, \u00abISpro\u00bb, \u00abScala HR\u00bb, \u00abAxapta HR Management\u00bb, \u00abIRenaissance Human Resources \/ Payroll\u00bb, \u00abHurma System\u00bb, &#8220;Vchasno\u00bb were researched. A detailed study of the disadvantages and advantages of the mentioned HRM systems helps to determine the optimal system for researched enterprise (organization) according to the specifics of its activity, opportunities, and potential. The authors note that the successful implementation of HRM systems requires interaction between the IT department and the personnel management department, as well as a clear understanding of the organization&#8217;s needs and goals.
