From this point of view, of special interest are materials created based on heterometallic complex compounds. The synthesized material heterometallic Calcium di[N,N&#8217;-bis(salicylidene)thiosemicarbazidatocuprate(II)] dihydride, such a composition: Ca[CuL&#8217;]<sub>2<\/sub> \u00b7 2\u041d<sub>2<\/sub>\u041e, where L&#8217; = C<sub>15<\/sub>H<sub>10<\/sub>N<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>S, experimental measurements and theoretical calculations of the basic physical parameters of this material are carried out. For a dedicated and dehydrated Ca complex compound[Cu(C<sub>15<\/sub>H<sub>10<\/sub>N<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>S)]<sub>2<\/sub> calculated molaro weight, which is equal to 759,829 g\/mol and the number of valence electrons in one molecule \u2013 210. For conducting experimental studies used a cylindrical specimen with a mass of 0.08 g and the amount 17,67\u221910<sup>-9<\/sup> m<sup>3<\/sup>, which were made from dehydrated compound (S) by pressing. Based on these data, we calculated the density of matter: \u03c1 = 4,527\u2219103 kg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. It is proved that the material is a semiconductor, and charge carriers of both signs. The dependences of resistivity, conductivity, resistance, concentration of charge carriers and the Hall constant on temperature. In the temperature range from 273 K to 493 K, the resistivity varied from 2,04\u221910<sup>16<\/sup> \u03a9\u00b7m to 872,13 \u03a9\u00b7m, the resistance of the sample at a temperature of 273 K it is equal to 1.36\u00b710<sup>20<\/sup> \u03a9, at 313 K \u20132.02\u00b710<sup>16<\/sup> \u03a9, and at 493 K \u2013 5,8\u00b710<sup>6<\/sup> \u03a9, the concentration of charge carriers grows to 1,11\u00b710<sup>20<\/sup> m<sup>-3<\/sup> to 2,61\u00b710<sup>33 <\/sup>\u043c<sup>-3<\/sup>, and the Hall was changed from 0,065 m<sup>3<\/sup>\u00b7Cl<sup>-1<\/sup>: 2,8\u00b710<sup>-15<\/sup> m<sup>3<\/sup>\u00b7Cl<sup>-1<\/sup>. The dependences of the Hall voltage and electric field strength inside a plate with dimensions 0,5\u00d70,5\u00d70.15 mm, from the magnetic field induction. In the range from 0 to 100 mT Hall the voltage increases from 3,22\u00b710<sup>-17<\/sup> V to 3,22\u00b710<sup>-16<\/sup> V, from 100 mT to 1000 mT \u2013 Hall the voltage increases from 3,22\u00b710<sup>-16<\/sup> to\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3,22\u00b710<sup>-15 <\/sup>V.<br \/>\n<strong>Key words:<\/strong> induction, magnetic field, concentration, semiconductor, heterometallic complex compounds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>References<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Osadchuk V.S.
