This article is a further development of the magnetic-field theory and methods for measuring physical quantities based on the phenomenon of energy and information transfer through the material. The article describes the essence of indirect methods for measuring the electrical conductivity of semiconductor materials. Circuitry solutions of magnetic-field conductivity meters of semiconductor materials are described. Three types of magnetic-field methods for measuring the electrical conductivity of semiconductor materials have been established: a method that uses spatial inversion of a waveguide (rotate it 180\u00b0 along the large (longitudinal) axis of symmetry) and organize the movement of electrons only clockwise (unidirectional exposure process); a method that uses spatial inversion of the waveguide and the organization of the movement of electrons both clockwise and counter clockwise (bidirectional exposure process, providing doubled measurement accuracy); a method that uses the organization of the movement of electrons clockwise and counter clockwise (a bi-directional process of exposure, but without spatial inversion of the waveguide. In the latter case, the alternating action of the high frequency solenoidal pulsed magnetic field on the left and right flat waveguide contours is used. The possibility of measuring not only electrical conductivity, but also other physical quantities characterizing the material under study: current density in the waveguide circuit, volume of the waveguide material, the number of electrons in this volume, and the number of electrons in this material is shown. The basic functional elements of magnetic field conductivity meters of semiconductor materials are: a generator of “bundles” of high-frequency pulses, providing a solenoidal pulsed magnetic field of the same frequency, as well as a two-loop flat waveguide made of the material under study. The described circuit solutions of the conductivity meters of semiconductor materials expand our understanding and knowledge of the newest direction in metrology \u2014 magnetic-field methods and measuring instruments. The work is of interest to metrologists, specialists, masters and graduate students studying magnetic field methods and means of measuring the electrical conductivity of semiconductor materials.
