vibrations for the formation of cavitation fields in liquid substances, which are processed with the purpose of changing their properties and decontamination, was created. To study the dynamics of the vibration machine and to analyze the effect of the drive modes and design parameters on the efficiency of the process of disinfection and change of water properties, a dynamic model and a system of differential equations describing the processes taking place in the working body of the vibrating machine are constructed. In the analysis of the dynamic model, the following assumptions are used: when the fluid oscillations, the law of liquid indissolubility (there is no gap &#8211; cavitation), the effect of temperature on the liquid is not taken into account, the amount of dissolved air content is taken into account. From the analysis of the analytical model graphical dependences of the influence of the design parameters and modes of operation of the actuator on the change of the maximum pressure in the working body of the vibrating machine were obtained. As a result of the conducted researches it is established that with increasing frequency of oscillations, piston diameter and amplitude of oscillations maximum pressure in the pulsation chamber increases. It was also found that with increasing oscillation frequencies and decreasing nozzle diameter, the maximum pressure in the pulsation chamber increases. Through video recording, the processes occurring in the working body of the vibrating machine were visualized and the occurrence of cavitation processes in the working body of the vibrating machine was determined.
