Results of business processes (BP) and the principles of innovative reengineering. The first step towards the formation of an innovative transport enterprise should be a rethinking of how to organize a business. The implementation of the process approach (PP) replaces the functional one. The process approach allows you to fully realize the benefits of new innovative technologies and human resources. The enterprise should not be based on partial improvements of the BP, but on technologies of continuous radical revision and improvement. In our opinion, the business process should be aimed at obtaining a total final commercial result. Among the basic principles of the implementation of BP are the following: optimization of the routes of the processes; elimination of multiple cyclical approvals; exclusion of duplicate and unclaimed operations; consolidation of working procedures. It is necessary to take into account typical mistakes in the development and implementation of the PSU. They boil down to the following: the lack of a uniform research methodology in the improvement of BP; a large number of BP undergoes changes simultaneously; inefficient work with staff; the occurrence of rumours, fears, friction between employees; attempt to solve all the problems. Achievement of competitive advantages; such an enterprise has a strong position and leadership in the market; increases the rate of return. The concept of scientific and technological cooperation of the enterprise. Despite the fact that engineering has a high degree of interest, ordinary employees. In practice, the PSI includes other elements; for example, the use of modern methods of staff motivation. If you can not realize the potential of the enterprise. Undoubtedly, the PP must be accompanied by changes. The author proposes a sequence of stages of implementation (implementation) of the PSI: social construction; tactics of technological development of direct reengineering; pilot implementation and circulation if successful; summing up and evaluation of the project. RBP becomes free from automatic control of industrial enterprise.
