In this article, the approach to the analysis of the communicative activities of the participants of the web communities and the definition of the\u00a0 model of behaviour of the higher educational institution in relation to the activity of the participants of the communication and the periods of the entry campaign are described. The algorithm of behaviour of a higher educational institution regarding the periods of the entry campaign are formulated in the article. The purpose of each period of the entry campaign to maximize the target function of planning the provision of educational services is formalized in the work. This approach is based on the results of the computer-linguistic analysis of the content of educational web communities. As a result of the research, a link between the periods of the entry campaign and the activity of members of the web communities was established.
