The aim of research was to study the loading dynamics on the working bodies and actuator mechanisms of combine harvesters. In the process of research of force impacts on the working bodies and drives of combine harvesters installation schemes of transducers of mechanical quantities (force impacts) into electrical ones have been designed. Along with this, by above procedures the choice of acquired equipment has been performed, error estimation \u0435valuation and justification of performance test plan ensuring the accuracy of results, as well as background agri-estimation and technological process have been done. Harvester combines with hydraulic drive were investigated. Experimental studies of force influence on the working bodies and actuators of grain harvesters were carried out on fields in accordance with the methods. These techniques included the procedure for conducting research, the choice of equipment used, the measurement errors, the substantiation of the test plan that ensure the reliability of the results, as well as the agro-assessment of the background and the technological process. As a result of experimental studies such parameters as torque acting on the rotating working bodies (threshing drum, reel and rotors of combine harvesters, rotors and shredders of forage harvesters, grass mowers, grain and tailing screws) have been obtained. Torques on the drive wheels of grain, forage harvesters and tractors for agricultural purposes have been measured. On the basis of the obtained results a conclusion is made that the loading dynamics on the working bodies and actuators of combine harvesters in the majority of cases have a non-linear character, and the power and energy parameters of combine harvesters in the operating modes of motion at low speed is much lower than in the transport modes with a higher speed, and this fact must be considered when designing hydromechanical transmissions of combine harvesters.
