The article analyzes the current state of functioning of the organizational and economic structure of livestock enterprises. It is noted that the issues of optimal combination between strategic planning measures and the market mechanism deserve special attention. The structural construction of a cooperative farm in animal husbandry is represented. Our proposed type of cooperation is associated with the development of livestock production in the personal farm. Perspective directions of improvement of organizational and economic structure of the enterprises of animal husbandry are offered: to provide consolidation by primary production links of production resources; give the right to the primary production units (primary cooperatives) and the cooperative economy as a whole to sell part of the products at its own discretion; to introduce a system of remuneration from the received income; to apply innovative technologies of production of final products and resource-saving equipment. At the stage of development of cooperative management methods, given the still low training of workers for the use of intensive production methods (economic knowledge, technology, technology), a special role is given to the scientific support of primary production units. The unit of innovative development is introduced into the production process on the principles of self-payment. With the development of cooperation there is an opportunity to significantly strengthen the construction service in APV, increase its capacity, especially in the enterprises of building materials. It is necessary to approach the acute problem of supplier and sales service in a new way. The main thing is to move to a wholesale system, and it becomes more real due to the complete freedom of the proposed system. It may turn out that with the development of competitiveness of production, the sales unit will become a limiting factor. It is necessary to carry out preparatory work for its construction, training for cooperatives, advertising.
