The main role in forming an institutional mechanism to support the agricultural sector of the economy belongs to the state, which is a fundamental factor in ensuring economic development, through the possibility of creating appropriate institutions that support the functioning of the national economy. The current structure of the institutional environment of the agricultural sector, extensive legislation in the field of land use, indicates the need to revise the strategic priorities of institutional change in the agricultural sector of Ukraine’s economy.
\nAnalyzing the existing institutional aspects of the agricultural sector in terms of state support, it should be noted that the relationship between the institutional preconditions for market transformation in land management is insufficiently studied in our country and has a complex structure.
\nThe article identifies the features of the tactics of transition to a model of sustainable development in the land use system. The existing institutional aspects that take place in the system of agricultural land use as the basis of the agricultural sector of the economy of Ukraine are analyzed. The institutional mechanism for state support during the transformations of the national economy is substantiated. The scheme of institutional support of economically efficient land use is offered.
