\u043c\u043e\u0432\u043e\u044e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the article is to generalize and develop methodological bases, as well as to develop practical recommendations for improvement of the organizational structures of enterprise management with the use of a brigade structure in conditions of intensified competition and increasing quality requirements for products (services).<br \/>\nThe requirements for the formation of the labor division structure with the definition of authority and responsibilities of each employee and management body with the establishment of vertical and horizontal connections between them, distribution of authority and responsibilities between employees according to approved job descriptions during the task accomplishment by a brigade. The non-economic factors are that have to be taken into account when justifying the number of brigades are defined, which include in particular accordance of the organizational chart of the management of the enterprise to the structure of goals, quality of information processing and workload of managers. A representative survey regarding obtaining additional services of ethnographic and ecological types of green tourism in Poltava region was conducted. The advantages of introduction of brigade type of management structures of the enterprise are defined: acceleration of manufacturing of innovative products; specific market orientation; customer service quality improvement; adaptation to changing environmental conditions; independent involvement of the required personnel by brigade leaders; absence of functions duplication by functioning units. The requirement of avoiding the potential increase of the risk of losing control of the enterprise during the introduction of the brigade management structure is justified; complications in horizontal coordination of interconnected brigades; availability of a small number of universally highly qualified employees; the complexity of the distribution of financial resources of the enterprise between the brigades; lack of control of the central functional services over the activities of the corresponding brigade divisions.<br \/>\n<strong>Key words:<\/strong> organizational structure, brigade, authority, distribution of labor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>References<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blank I.
