\u043c\u043e\u0432\u043e\u044e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The article is devoted to the study of modern objective and theoretical prerequisites for the use of intellectual capital in the innovative development of the enterprise. The creative context of economic development is outlined, which determines qualitatively new transformational changes in the innovation management system. It is emphasized that creativity is a powerful business tool for successful activities of employees \/ managers of the company, and the activities of the organization as a whole, allows for profitable growth of most companies. The essence of the concepts of &#8220;intellectual capital&#8221; and &#8220;creative capital&#8221; is studied, the approaches to the definition of the concept of &#8220;intellectual and creative capital&#8221; are analyzed, the basic characteristics of creative management of the enterprise are given. The integrative approach to innovation management has been improved and the main components that are to ensure optimal efficiency of development and achievement of the enterprise goals are seen. The necessity of formation of strategy of use of intellectual and creative capital of the enterprise in innovative activity and its basic elements according to the purposes of the general strategy of the organization is substantiated. Approaches to the analysis of the effectiveness of the use of intellectual and creative capital in the management of innovative activities of the enterprise using the matrices of strategic analysis are studied. This makes it possible to identify the position of the enterprise in the coordinates of the matrix and to determine the appropriate typical priority management decisions.
