ensure the informativeness of energy market processes, it is necessary to be based on a common sales management system.<br \/>\nThe approach to assessing the effectiveness of marketing strategy is fully focused on the sales management system, not taking into account other business processes of the company, which can have both positive and negative impact on sales results. The problems of internal communications between departments, which in practice are often the main causes of inefficient sales, are not taken into account.<br \/>\nThe analysis of the literature showed that the most widespread in practice among enterprises was the approach based on the analysis of sales results in the dynamics, ie identifying problems by their manifestation, expressed in reduced sales, falling customer loyalty (transition to competitors) or reducing profitability .<br \/>\nCurrently, the marketing model to ensure the informativeness of processes is a key point for the collection and quality assessment of a market sector. The energy service market is currently developing dynamically, which raises the urgent question of developing a marketing model to ensure the informativeness of the energy service market. The purpose of the article: to develop an effective marketing strategy to ensure the informativeness of the subjects of activity in the energy service market.
