The process of rapid transition of business to the use of the Internet necessitates the use of specific tools of Internet marketing, the main task of which is to draw consumer attention to the electronic resources of various organizations, enterprises or institutions. However, in most cases, the vast majority of business organizations are limited to creating their own website. Creating a website is only the first step to forming a successful business in modern conditions. For companies engaged in the production or resale of products, regardless of the industry in which the product is presented, the main condition for normal operation and profit is the promotion of their own sites, availability of information on consumer preferences and needs, the ability to respond quickly, efficiently and in a timely manner. need and provide the service in a user-friendly way. All this can be done with a large number of tools and technologies of Internet marketing. Unsystematic use of tools and technologies does not allow to use all the possibilities of available tools and get a synergistic effect.
\nThis article is devoted to the analysis of modern theoretical and practical ways of realization of Internet communications, the analysis of existing tools, and also formation of methodology of research of Internet communications in the market of ergonomic furniture. To achieve the goal of this article, the tools of Internet communications marketing policy were systematized in accordance with those groups of marketing communications that bring the best results. Systematization, which was obtained in the process of analysis and research of existing Internet communication tools allows you to choose the most effective Internet communication tool to achieve the goal and obtain the necessary economic and communicative effect of their use in the Internet space. The article presents the Model of optimization of the Internet communication channel in the market of ergonomic products, which consists of seven stages. The considered methodology of research of Internet communications in the market of ergonomic furniture gives the chance to improve work of channels of Internet communication of the company in the market of ergonomic furniture considering its possibilities and features of the given market.
