development of the tobacco market in Ukraine, analyzes the problems and prospects of its development, export and import of these products using the latest logistics concepts.\u00a0 It also identifies current problems and outlines the prospects for the development of the market for this product.<br \/>\nThe main goal of JTI is to bring the quality standards of Kremenchuk cigarettes to international standards.\u00a0 Today, all JTI brands sold on the modern market are produced at the Kremenchuk Tobacco Factory in Ukraine.\u00a0 And cigarettes made in Ukraine do not differ in quality from cigarettes made in factories in any other country in the world.<br \/>\nIn recent years, the tobacco market in Ukraine has shrunk.\u00a0 The reason for this reduction is a decrease in tobacco consumption due to rising cigarette prices after the increase in excise duties.\u00a0 The hypothetical cessation of tobacco production will have a negative impact on Ukraine&#8217;s trade balance.<br \/>\nIncreasing the excise duty on tobacco products is an effective tool for reducing the prevalence of smoking and maintaining human health.\u00a0 The experience of Ukraine confirms this, in general, from 2008 to 2017, cigarette sales in Ukraine decreased from 125 billion to 67 billion cigarettes.\u00a0 Therefore, in order to further control tobacco, it is necessary to continue to increase taxes on cigarettes, taking into account inflation and income growth.\u00a0 This will have a positive impact on the state and help fulfill Ukraine\u2019s international obligations.<br
