The purpose of the research is investigation of development aspects of strategic management for domestic industrial enterprises under conditions of entrance to the international markets.
\nThe industrial enterprises of real sector Ukrainian economy are object of research. The subject of study is strategic management.
\nThe analysis of the main indicators of development of Ukrainian production sector is carried out, during which problems are revealed: low activity and productivity of innovative activity; low share of management innovations. The reasons of unsuccessful management system were identified: low level of process integration of carriage and realization of managerial decisions; inefficiency of current system of strategic management; slowdown in economic growth in the main export markets of Ukraine, especially Russia and European Union.
\nFor the purposes of successful production entrance to the international markets the use of business operations re-engineering and ESOP model were introduced. The intensions of re-engineering were formulated, close liaison of re-engineering and recruitment policy was uncovered. During the research complex valuation model of business operations was designed, which include the use of SWOT and PESTE-analysis, calculation integrated index of business operations effectiveness. Practicability of the use of ESOP model was proved, unique features and principles of ESOP model on domestic enterprises were introduced.
\nThere is deficiency of correct export initiatives on the part of state among barriers of entrance domestic production to the foreign markets.
