Today, the issues of building a logistics chain at the enterprise and its effective management become especially relevant, because the successful operation of any organization and its competitiveness directly depend on the proper interaction of all its subsystems, including logistics. The logistics activities of a business organization combine the purchase, storage, production and sale in one cycle or business process. In turn, specific logistics functions at the enterprise include analysis of the need for material resources to meet production needs, communication, forecasting demand for products, collecting data on market needs and more. Corporate logistics should also take into account the issue of operational planning, which involves reducing inventories to the appropriate level of production and commercial efficiency of the company. The process of organizing logistics and building effective logistics chains is quite complex and requires professional competencies and significant management efforts, and the optimal organization of logistics management, including logistics chains, should cover all subsystems of the company’s management system (production, sales, finance, marketing, personnel, etc.). ) and have a close relationship with them.
\nThe article considers theoretical and applied aspects of construction and management of logistics chains of a business organization. It is proved that the optimal organization of enterprise logistics management, in particular logistics chains, would cover all subsystems of the company’s management system (production, sales, finance, marketing, personnel, etc.) and have a close relationship with them. The article proposes and substantiates the author’s approach to the construction of the logistics strategy and logistics chain of PJSC “Bershadsky Poultry Plant”, as well as defines the parameters for assessing the level of quality of logistics services. Taking into account the identified problems, authors propose the main directions of improving the management of logistics chains and logistics service for the enterprise of the agro-industrial complex specializing in the production of poultry meat and offal.
