The article defines that industrial enterprises are negatively affected by the crisis and this affects, first of all, the results of operating activities. At enterprises there is a need for diagnosis, prevention, identification, prevention, overcoming of crisis phenomena in order to improve the state of operational activity and functioning of the enterprise, ie it is expedient to carry out anti-crisis management of operational activity. A prerequisite for the effective implementation of crisis management of operational activities is the use of mechanisms, systems, methods for the implementation of anti-crisis management, which will have a positive impact on the effectiveness of operational activities. It was found that the mechanism of crisis management of operational activities plays an important role in crisis management, development of ways to overcome the crisis. At the same time, there is a need in enterprises to use the system of crisis management of operational activities, which plays a supporting role and ensures the effective use of the management mechanism. It is proposed to improve the system of crisis management of operational activities of industrial enterprises and use it at machine-building enterprises. Process, system, functional approaches are used to improve the system of crisis management of operational activities and it allows to analyze information, evaluate the effectiveness of management decisions and implement them, justify the use of crisis measures, take into account the impact of market environment and ensure the goal of crisis management. It is established that the system of anti-crisis management of operational activities will ensure the proper functioning of the appropriate mechanism, which will affect the achievement of the desired state of operational activities, neutralizing the impact of threats of crisis phenomena. It is proved that the system and mechanism of crisis management of operational activities are interconnected and should interact with the management system, crisis management system, management system of operational activities of the enterprise.
