enterprises has always received much attention from scientists and practitioners, but today the growing relevance of these issues is caused by rapid technical and technological changes in the country and the world.<br \/>\nDigital transformations lead to changes in the composition and personnel structure of enterprises in any industry. Modern innovative enterprises have a great need for programmers, business analysts, system administrators, testers, cybersecurity specialists, etc.<br \/>\nIf in a planned economy, productivity usually depended directly on the employee&#8217;s work experience, qualifications, level of education, today, with the rapid development of digital technology, these indicators are not always correlated or even inversely related. This is primarily due to the fact that knowledge in general, as well as individual skills and abilities, &#8220;age&#8221; very quickly. Among the factors that directly affect the productivity of individual employees are: the level of mastery of technical devices, computer literacy, skills and experience in developing and \/ or using software, and so on. In these conditions, the indicators of work experience, level of education and qualifications of employees acquire a new value, or rather a new &#8220;digital&#8221; reference point. Effective personnel policy, at all times, remains the foundation of a successful business. Therefore, the establishment and solution of staffing problems of enterprises in the context of digital transformation is an important issue today and the basis of effective personnel management and personnel policy.<br \/>\nIn this article were investigated questions of staffing of enterprises in conditions of digital transformation. We\u2019ve performed the analysis of scientific publications about the topic of investigation.\u00a0 During this investigation was set the level of procuring of domestic enterprises with IT specialists. Also, were identified problems of staffing of enterprises in the condition of digital transformation.
