The system of strategic management in the field of health care during its formation was influenced by both general management trends and concepts, as well as factors of intra-industry management. Therefore, a necessary condition for its formation is the substantiation of the necessary methodological basis.
\nThe aim of the article is to study the methods of strategic management in the field of health care for the development of the national industry.
\nIn the course of research the materials of own researches, and also separate scientific publications of national and foreign authors concerning methods and tools of strategic management are used. The author used such scientific methods as morphological analysis, analysis and synthesis, empirical approach.
\nThe article analyzes the stages of formation and evolution of various theories, scientific schools, models and concepts of strategic management in the field of health care. Theoretical bases of use of the following concepts of strategic management, in particular Business Performance Management – BPM are investigated; Balanced Scorecard – BSC; Enterprise Performance Management – EPM, in the field of healthcare. The methodology of strategic management in the field of health care is offered. The groups of factors that influence the process of choosing methods of strategic management in the field of health care are studied.
\n\u0410uthor substantiates the need to combine systemic and situational approaches aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of strategic management in the field of health care based on the analysis of relevant factors and indicators that characterize the functional environment of the health care system.
