The research topic’s relevance is the growing role of the network form of organization in business entities due to greater flexibility, adaptability to volatile conditions of the external and internal environment, higher efficiency than the market, and hierarchical forms of business organization.
\nThe purpose of the article to establish the priority of indicators to assess the effectiveness of business network structures based on structuring tasks of their formation and development.
\nUsing theoretical generalization and systematization methods, a list of key tasks of business network structures has been determined, which vary depending on the enterprise’s financial and economic condition, nature, and environmental factors. Based on the graphs, the connections between the tasks of business network structures have been formalized. A four-level hierarchical model of business network structure tasks was constructed, which corresponds to the indicators’ hierarchy for evaluating business networks’ effectiveness.
\nThe study has found that the upper level of the hierarchy, which became the resultant and reflects others’ influence, lower level, formed such tasks as obtaining a synergy effect and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises-subjects of quasi-integration relations. These tasks depend on the effectiveness of strategic management, profit management, risks, costs of the enterprise and network association, the effectiveness of human resource management, and investment attractiveness, which is reflected through other (lower hierarchical) tasks. Based on the obtained results, what established that the indicators of assessing the effectiveness of business network structures are indicators of competitiveness and synergy, which allow assessing not only the efficiency of enterprises as independent economic entities but as a subject of quasi-integration relations. The obtained results are an element of the improved diagnostic tool for evaluating the effectiveness of managing business network structures.
