The market environment forms the demand for consulting services, and therefore is the driving force for the establishment and operation of a consulting company. The success of the sale of consulting consulting services largely depends on the level of qualification of the consultant. In consulting companies of the world’s leading countries, the practice of accounting consulting services is becoming more widespread in its various manifestations: the organization and maintenance of accounting and financial reporting by outsourcing or consulting companies.
\nThat is why the spread of the practice of using accounting consulting services for enterprises and organizations on the organization of accounting work among domestic enterprises in the context of socio-economic transformations, as well as the feasibility of providing such services for doing business and reporting according to international standards becomes especially relevant and important.
\nThe purpose of the article is to substantiate the need and effectiveness of the use of accounting consulting services and their implementation to improve the quality and efficiency of the accounting process of enterprises and organizations.
\nThe strategic directions of realization of accounting consulting services include a system of certain approaches are investigated. The directions of realization of accounting consulting services which include: features of pricing in the organization are considered; features of provided services; benchmark for attracting additional customers and their service; based on the principles of financial and quality control of the organization and focused on the development of enterprise personnel.
\nIt was found that the organization of the sale of consulting services includes: recommendations and exchange of information among clients regarding consulting firms; advertising of a consulting company; quality consulting services and products; professional publications (monographs, reference books, guidelines, articles, newsletters); conducting and participating in seminars, trainings, conferences, round tables, mass media; participation of consultants in the work of associations and other associations; providing voluntary assistance to enterprises.
\nIt is determined that the strategy of the consulting company, designed for the long term, concerns the most important aspects of the firm’s operation; determining the range of services; definition of basic clients; definition of technological strategy; determining the size and growth rate of the company; interaction with the competitive environment.
\nStrategic directions of realization of accounting consulting services and definition of effective pricing policy are a guarantee of success of realization of marketing of accounting consulting services. When using accounting consulting services, the client must understand the additional range of services that include a consulting company. The organization and maintenance of accounting in the conditions of consulting enterprises causes peculiarities in the part of documentary and personnel support of performance of duties by the customer and the executor.
