is determined by the need to improve the condition of the object of management. But to make the right decision without comprehensive information about the explicit and implicit processes that occur in the managed structure and in the external environment, it is almost impossible. The complex socio-political and economic situation in the world, the growth of competition in various spheres of society require the leaders of various organizations to improve the quality of management decisions. Modern transformations in the field of higher education in the context of Ukraine&#8217;s integration into the European and world community determine the relevance of research on quality management in higher education in a single academic environment. The formation of a harmonized methodology for evaluating the performance of higher education institutions,<br \/>\naimed at the comprehensive development and strengthening of scientific and educational potential of the country, involves the creation of an analytical basis for quality management in the higher education system of Ukraine. The regulations adopted at the legislative level<br \/>\nprovide for the development of internal systems for ensuring the quality of higher education in higher education. But the state of these systems is now considered unsatisfactory, which calls for research into both the quality of education as a whole and its components. The study developed a conceptual scheme of the quality management system of the educational process of the quality of higher education institutions.
