\u043c\u043e\u0432\u043e\u044e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Modern scientific research points to the fact that without a properly formed organizational culture of enterprises at network structures it is impossible to achieve a high level of economic efficiency. In this context, it is quite relevant to study the components of organizational culture the enterprises at network structures in modern conditions of operation. The article substantiates the conceptual and applied aspects of the organizational culture at network structures. It is established that the formation of organizational culture of enterprises at network structures should be identified functionally into separate parts (subsystems), each of which contains both implicit and explicit elements. It is investigated that the organizational culture of enterprises at network structures is a system that includes certain subsystems connected by close links of direct and inverse nature. On the basis of which it is established that the main key tasks the component of organizational culture at enterprises are considered by the heads of enterprises at network structures. Scientific research points to the fact that the organizational culture at network structures takes into account the mainstream in the formation of project activities. It is noted that organizational culture makes it possible to achieve the following practical results: on the basis of knowledge about the features organizational culture, you can make predictions; comparison of results the study of organizational culture makes it possible to determine areas for improving organizational culture.
