The economic development of the state directly depends on providing machine-building enterprises with highly skilled workers who adequately respond to the demands of innovative development and high technologies, use modern methods and formats, quickly adapt to changes in the environment. From the point of view of management of machine-building enterprises, human resources are one of the key resources that can become the basis for improving the efficiency of the enterprise, achieving the desired results in the future.<\/p>\n

The article notes that for the implementation of effective resource management both at the state The article examines the state of functioning of machine-building enterprises and the peculiarities of their human resources in modern business conditions. The socio-economic preconditions for ensuring the efficiency of human resources management of machine-building enterprises have been studied. The analysis of the main indicators of development of machine-building enterprises for the period 2012-2019 showed a decrease in the number of employees in domestic domestic enterprises and machine-building enterprises. The period of 2014-2016 was characterized by a high level of unprofitability of the domestic machine-building industry, as well as a decrease in the number of machine-building enterprises. Unsatisfactory condition of domestic machine-building enterprises indicates the need to apply human resource management strategies, which will motivate employees to achieve strategic and tactical goals of the enterprise, increase employee efficiency, form a team of specialists capable of performing tasks of varying complexity and quality.<\/span><\/p>\n
