The article substantiates the feasibility and formalized content of forming the imperatives of the state policy of innovative development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine on the basis of the concept of “green economy”. It is established that in order to solve problems of stimulating efficiency and formation of imperatives of state policy of innovative development of agrarian sector, two basic directions should be chosen as a basis: \u201cgreen economy\u201d and clustering. Opportunities identified for the agricultural sector in the case of the use of the concept of “green economy” in public agrarian policy (ensuring sustainable renewable development of the economy, society, nature of the region; economic growth and innovation; improving the environmental component and ensuring a gentle attitude of the population to the environment; technologies for production and processing of agricultural products; development of production and infrastructure for the use of renewable sources en rhiyi that enhance energy security). The decisive characteristics of a biocluster, which we consider to be one of the adaptation mechanisms for green economy innovation, is a course to minimize production costs and maximize value added. The principle in this is that, along with the fields on which the raw materials are grown, they create a processing system, building appropriate plants. The cluster model will solve the problem of raw materials of the industry and facilitate the implementation in the market of products with high added value.
