The article is devoted to the study of crisis phenomena in the organization. The essence of the organization anti-crisis anagement is considered. Modern anti-crisis management is aimed at preventing of potential crisis phenomena. As well, anti-crisis management is the basis for providing organization innovative development, which in the current conditions of globalization andinte rnationalization of business while increasing competition in combination with reducing the life cycle of products, demand and technology competitive advantage becomes a key success factor, if not the sole means of survival of the organization. Crisis phenomena in the activity of the organization, which are a specific object of influence of anti-crisis management, are investigated.Th e role and place of crisis phenomena in the organization activity, their characteristics, consequences and mechanism of development are described. The author investigates the main types of crisis phenomena in the organization, a rather wide range, and different mechanisms of its formation and levels of disclosure. The essence of local and systemic crises of the organization is described. A generalized list of general and specific symptoms of local crises in an organization is offered, as well as a list of common causes of their external and internal occurrence. It is established that symptom identification is a primary step in the study of the organization crisis phenomena, as it can be the key to successful and timely response – the development and mplementation of a set of appropriate anti-crisis measures. Identification of the causes is a key task of crisis management, since the complex of anti-crisis measures should not be aimed at eliminating the symptoms of crisis phenomena, but rather to combat the causes of their emergence.<\/p>\n
