The article offers a system of integrated management of an enterprise of mining-metallurgical and mechanical engineering clusters of Ukraine\u2019s industrial complex. The article proves that to identify complex dynamic production processes and make decisions on strategic development of enterprises of the clusters up to 2030 fuzzy set mathematics should be applied. There are designed management models with parameters relevant for economic stability and economic crisis periods. The authorsdet ermine a set of an enterprise\u2019s economic development states, admissible managerial impacts and resources, impacts of competitors and a trajectory of base value movements. There are singled out two images of economic development \u2013 SSED and SEC situations, and indexes of innovative development of enterprises of the cluster. The article states a general task of an enterprise\u2019s economic development with identification of situations, determines tasks on making decisions that provide survival, stability, external threat protection and innovative-intellectual development of an enterprise. The following key requirements to designed management systems are considered: functioning in the real time mode; performing expert assessment of fuzzy information and monitoring political, economic, environmental, energy, social, technological and technogenic components of input and output variable vectors; analyzing institutional relations of enterprises with local authorities, organizations, stakeholders and consumers. The article determines conditions of continuous adaptation of enterprises to changes in the external environment and team work of managers as well as designs technologies of managers\u2019 interaction with modern communication, information protection, intellectual, production processes management, dialogue, production quality, foreign economic activity management and product sales systems as well as expert systems of situation management. The article substantiates methods of cash flow management in periods of stable economic growth with the help of ERP systems in business processes. Also, there are suggested principles of correcting the trajectory of the system\u2019s motion to its monetary goals during economic crisis and high inflation periods applying the integrated development (ID) index. The article defines a major task of the enterprise\u2019s economic development system with the economic security subsystem. At the pre-designed value of components of the enterprise\u2019s innovative development up to 2030 the protective measures should be designed which, within a certain period of time and under possible and\/or real external and internal negative impacts, will place the system in the optimal development trajectory. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in solution of the scientific and practical task of increasing efficiency of integrated management systems with a built-in economic security system by assessment of economic hazards and the dialog mode of communication with a decision maker (DM).<\/p>\n
