The paper determines the influence of financial factors on the efficiency of the enterprise, proposes a scheme for the development of a financial strategy that will ensure the effective activity of the enterprise, the definition of the concept of financial strategy to ensure the competitiveness of the enterprise. Any changes caused by the conditions of competition not only lead to updating and improvement of economic conditions, but also bring about changes that can adversely affect the business entities, changing the quantitative and qualitative financial factors of management.<\/p>\n
Hence the need to analyze the financial factors that affect the competitiveness of the enterprise. The use of scientifically sound methodological tools will allow enterprises to make effective tactical and strategic financial decisions, focused primarily on the challenges and demands of the competitive environment, consumers and financial factors of the enterprise, which in the future should ensure an increase in their level of competitiveness. It is emphasized that the main directions of managing the influence of financial factors on improving the competitiveness of the enterprise should be: improving the efficiency of use of financial resources and increasing the level of financial stability and balance of the enterprise, which makes it possible to reduce financial risks and threats. The decisive factor in improving the competitiveness of the company at the expense of financial factors is the development of a strategy for financial security.<\/p>\n
