The market economic system of Ukraine in the current period is characterized by frequent changes of regulatory and legislative nature, which is primarily due to the instability of the socio-political situation. Given the financial condition of most industrial enterprises, it can be argued that the state of the economy requires many structural transformations, which will be focused on integration and globalization processes, scientific and technological progress in the activities of individual domestic and foreign enterprises (characterized by high profitability, financial sustainability, gradual development), consumer preferences, development of the marketing component of management. The basic structural and formative components of enterprise competitiveness in the structure of the marketing strategic management system of enterprise competitiveness are the platform on the basis of which organizational transformations of production systems are carried out in order to increase their competitive potential and ensure sustainable development dynamics.
\nThe article examines the components of the competitiveness of the machine-building enterprise to determine their role, importance, problematic aspects in the structure of the system of marketing strategic management of the competitiveness of industrial enterprises (production-technological, social-labor, marketing-commodity, financial-resource, innovation-investment and organizational-legal) . It is proved that in industrial enterprises engaged in the production of science-intensive and labor-intensive products, it is necessary to use the latest management approaches, in particular the subsystem of adaptive-competence support. The basic problematic aspects in the functioning of industrial enterprises that hinder the growth of competitive advantages are identified. The necessity of using modern marketing technologies in increasing the competitive potential of the enterprise is substantiated. The specifics of interaction of structural elements of the system of marketing strategic management of competitiveness of industrial enterprises, aimed at its growth on the basis of a holistic approach, are investigated.
