In today’s conditions, the issue of forming an effective mechanism of foreign economic activity of the enterprise is extremely relevant, as such activities take place in today’s global world, which puts forward a vector of strict requirements for product quality, innovation and compliance with international standards.
\nTo ensure its competitiveness and success in maximizing both current and future profits, the company needs to direct its marketing, production and marketing activities to create a mechanism for managing foreign economic activity, which would allow efficient use of all available resources of the enterprise, as well as identify and attract market opportunities – existing and promising.
\nAt the same time, it should be noted that effective management of foreign economic activity at the enterprise is aimed at approving economically sound effective management decisions, which, provided effective implementation of foreign economic projects bring the company a more stable position in foreign markets, increase aggregate demand for products. , increase the profitable part of the enterprise.
\nThe study of the peculiarities of the mechanism of management of foreign economic activity of the enterprise is a very important problem, because the period of growth of international competition in the market requires a reorientation to modern management systems, which will increase the competitiveness of the enterprise.
\nAn effective mechanism for managing the foreign economic activity of the enterprise is manifested especially in market conditions. The importance of such a management mechanism is also due to the fact that the rate of change in the external environment in the speed of manifestation often precedes the corresponding reaction of the enterprise.
\nEffective management is designed to expand the horizons of anticipation, to create opportunities for timely response to changes in the external environment in foreign markets.
\nThe article is devoted to the formation of an effective mechanism for managing foreign economic activity of the enterprise, as substantiation and further development of theoretical and methodological developments, as well as bringing them to proposals that can be used in production and economic activities of the enterprise, will improve the efficiency of foreign economic activity. help him adapt to changing environmental conditions.
