An important source of competitive advantage in the market of manufactured products by the company is effective procurement management. In today’s conditions of globalization, the conditions of competition are becoming more severe, This forces the commercial directorates of enterprises to actively seek new ways to create and deliver inventory to customers.
\nAt the present moment, the enterprise of important industry in Ukraine may be old-fashioned systems and management of permanent materials. To increase the potential of the Ukrainian industry, it is necessary to set up a new system of recruiting managers, to allow the reduction of the efficiency of penny resources and to set up factories for the modernization of the possession of technologies. For the set goal, the methodology for recruiting a post-boss based on a split rating without sub-active parameters is promoted.
\nThe robot has an analysis of the methodology for assessing the quality of the robot and the head of the enterprise. For the revision of the tasks of the stem of the model of the adaptive system and the management of material and technical problems of the industrial enterprise, it has been propounded to make changes in the structure of the processes of functions, to start a new system of rating to the processors without sub-voluntary.
