The specifics of the modern production complex of transnational corporations have been substantiated in the article. The article reveals qualitatively new managerial decisions and system of their adoption, subject, content and features of financial analysis, systematization of basic performance indicators, efficiency and intensity of innovative activity, methods of financial analysis of activities of transnational corporations. Most economists view TNC as one of the most important technology sources on which the strategic economic growth of both developed and developing countries depends. Increasing R&D activities of TNC outside the parent companies are related to the increase in international production. An important aspect of the methodology for analyzing the functioning of TNC is to analyze the system planning the activities of units, which requires the study of political, legal, economic, social, cultural environments of foreign business of TNC.<\/p>\n
