In the article, the separation of factors affecting the efficiency of a tourism companies was conducted. At the micro level, factors that influence the efficiency of a tourism companies are important for the study. Factors that affect the efficiency of a tourism companies should be considered at the level of the entire organization, operating process and workplace. Such factors affect the efficiency of the entire tourism company. The efficiency of the entire organization indicates the ability to generate revenue relative to the resources available. It is about the effect of time, economy of all processes. In the article classification of social and economic determinants of efficiency of a tourist companies activity is offered. The main features of these systematics are justified. Social and economic determinants of the efficiency of a tourist companies activity should be divided into the following elements: economic, technical, purposeful, institutional, behavioural and systemic. These social and economic determinants of efficiency of a tourist companies activity characterize the following aspects of the organization: financial evaluation of the results of operations and use of material resources; analysis and evaluation of the implementation of the goals and activities of the tourism company; an assessment of the support that the travel company receives from the environment, which is derived from its social acceptance; forming interpersonal relationships within the organization; system of dependencies and connections in the sector. Understanding the features of grouping the efficiency of a tourism companies by the social and economic determinants is necessary to measure the performance of companies, identify the criteria for evaluating the activity and level of efficiency. The main provisions can be adopted by an executive bodies of a tourism companies, local and regional authorities of the national economy. The analysis is the basis for the formation of methodological approaches to evaluation of the effectiveness of a tourism companies, the creation a strategies and programs for the tourism development at different hierarchical levels.<\/p>\n
