It is typical for designers to do a user testing cycle for each phase of the design process to ensure the suitability of their designs.
\nIn recent years, the growing development of the Internet is associated with an extremely competitive context. This study focused on the specialized literature and empirical evidence on the main factors influencing the level of success of companies in e-commerce. More specifically, we can emphasize aspects related to website design. Users are more likely to visit and \/ or buy on well-designed websites but there are various combinations that can lead to optimal design. Investing in design is necessary to establish a perception of trust in the minds of users, so that it generates more intentions for online shopping.
\nGood web design is easy to use, aesthetically pleasing and suitable for a group of users and a website brand. Many web pages are designed with simplicity in mind, so there is no extraneous information and functionality that can distract or confuse users. Because a key cornerstone of a web designer’s work is a site that wins and builds the trust of the target audience, eliminating as many possible user frustrations as possible is critical.
