Special aspects of software, containing functionality industrial accidents registration, industrial accident rate analysis and automated process of document flow are envisaged in the article. Properties of three main software packages, specifically Electronic working station of occupational safety engineer, Automated working station of occupational safety engineer and 1C: Occupational safety: Safety and Health protection, accessible for purchase by enterprises of different lines of business are analyzed. Advantages and disadvantages of each mentioned above software programs are emphasized. Selection of optimal software with the purpose of training and knowledge assessment regarding professional safety was realized by following parameters: cost of the software, existence and price of technical support and additional properties of each software package (in case of their existence).<\/p>\n

The analysis results show that there is no developed Ukrainian specialized software for occupational safety with functionality of industrial accidents registration, industrial accident rate analysis and automated process of document flow and it is a significant problem. Conducted analysis allows the selection of optimal software, which partially simplify the process of industrial accidents registration and industrial accident rate analysis. Results of this research paper can be applied for selection of optimal software not only for industrial accidents registration and industrial accident rate analysis, but can be also applied by State administration regarding occupational safety and State-sponsored social insurance fund.<\/p>\n
