\u043c\u043e\u0432\u043e\u044e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of the article is to model the processes of the online knowledge assessment system of educational services consumers in higher education institutions. In this paper, the modeling of the processes of the online knowledge assessing system of educational services consumers is based on the organization of education in higher education institutions. However, it should be noted that the scope of this online knowledge assessment system, in addition to the direct educational services consumers to which this system is focused, are also any other educational institutions and organizations that require regular testing of workers. The article modeling the processes of the online knowledge assessment system is based on CASE-technologies. In particular, a static representation of the structure of the online knowledge assessment system of educational services consumers in higher education institutions is presented in the Class Diagram; modeling the behavior of participants in the online knowledge assessment system of educational services consumers is shown in the State Machine Diagram; the interaction between the actors and the entities of the system is depicted using a Use Case Diagram, and the interaction of participants in the assessment of knowledge over time in the proposed system is shown in the Sequence Diagram. Modeling the processes of the online knowledge assessment system of educational services consumers is the basis for developing the architecture of the relevant information system.
