The foot is a complex static-dynamic system, the mathematical description of which requires taking into account many factors and individual features in order to ensure a sufficient level of shoe comfort. The effect of the same factor on different feet is completely different.
\nIn the course of operation of footwear preservation of natural anatomic construction of foot in its satisfactory functioning is possible in that case if to provide convenience and to protect foot from external environment. The need to wear comfortable shoes has always been a topical issue for the consumer, but in mass factory production it is not always possible to meet the criteria of shoe comfort for each user due to the individual structure and biomechanical characteristics of his foot.
\nThe footwear is made according to individual measurements of the customer’s foot, takes into account all nuanced deviations in the foot, levels of sensitivity in different parts of the foot, individual color requests, the method of fastening the workpiece from top to bottom, processing.
\nTherefore, the main requirement for footwear is its rationality, the internal shape of which must correspond to the size and anthropometric features of the consumer’s foot.
\nThe manufacture of individual footwear begins with measurements of the basic anthropometric parameters of the feet, which are taken into account when designing the pad. But to create comfortable shoes, it is necessary to take into account the feeling of pressure on the foot.
\nThe aim of the work is: calibration of a resistive force sensor and development of a fitting model-shoe transformer to increase comfort based on individual sensations of pressure on the customer’s foot while standing and walking, using a computer system based on Arduino Uno microcontroller to measure subjective comfort .
