\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The research paper presents the issue of innovative development intensifying of the consumer market entities with information and communication technologies use under the effect of external and internal environment. The main prerequisites of the microeconomic retail systems digital transformation are established. It is noted that economic entities digital transformation prerequisite is innovative activity in the scientific and technical development trend and set of technical and technological changes of business processes organization improving. Further directions of organizational and technological processes improvement of goods movement and competitive advantages keeping at\u00a0\u00a0the markets are determined. The organizational model of information support for the management of retail facilities is developed. The key trends of organizational mechanisms transformation are marked out. It is proved that the\u00a0\u00a0determining factor of retail digitalization prerequisite is financial and non-financial information increasing, as well as the receipt of large arrays of unstructured data from the external environment that require processing, analysis and\u00a0\u00a0storage. We consider that it is necessary to use cloud technologies and Big Data for this problem solving.
\nThe digital transformation preconditions are considered. Information progress as digitalization prerequisite is\u00a0\u00a0considered. The scientific and technical progress trends as the basis of trade enterprises economic growth are\u00a0\u00a0determined. For technical, technological and managerial decisions making, it is proposed to determine the level of\u00a0\u00a0scientific and technological progress by group of indices. Indices in accordance with the state and their changes in\u00a0\u00a0terms of enterprise logistics, inventories, labor and marketing costs are marked out. It is determined that scientific and technological progress results provide the process intensification of RFID-technology implementation, the robotics spreading in retail business processes. The effect of social and economic development on the microeconomic retail systems digitalization process is studied; in the global information changes period it occurs at exponential rate and\u00a0\u00a0requires adaptation to industry specifics. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that for trade enterprise costs optimizing, in particular, energy saving it is recommended to use the “Internet of things” technology for\u00a0\u00a0efficient operation of commercial equipment and lighting systems of trade halls.
\nThe necessity of new competences mastering by retail personnel on issues of digital competence for\u00a0\u00a0the\u00a0\u00a0technical and technological problems independent solving in the business processes organization and decision-making is proved in terms of information society development.
