\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The dynamic environment actively influences the functioning of domestic industrial enterprises and requires constant search and realization of opportunities to increase their competitive advantages in domestic and foreign markets. World experience shows that those industrial enterprises that focus their activities on innovative development guidelines win.
\nIndustrial enterprises can choose different vectors of their innovative development: the creation and implementation of innovations requires the industrial enterprise itself, taking into account the strategy of business process development, or innovations require market needs and the industrial enterprise tries to satisfy them to ensure long-term, effective results.
\nIn the practical activities of industrial enterprises there is not only the need to develop and implement innovations, but also the urgent need for effective management. Skills are updated: anticipation of possible innovation-oriented changes; concentration of potential resources; anticipate and minimize the effects of risks, etc. Accordingly, it becomes necessary to develop a mechanism for forming a management system for innovative development of industrial enterprises. The timeliness of effective management decisions is ensured by the strategy of innovation development management with the involvement of human capital.
\nThe purpose of the article is scientific and practical approaches to the development of a mechanism for forming a management system for innovation-oriented development of industrial enterprises in dynamic market conditions.
\nAccording to the results of the study, we can say that innovation-oriented development has great potential for improving the efficiency of industrial enterprises, which will create competitive advantages, penetrate world markets and ensure sustainable competitiveness.
\nThe results of forecast calculations of integrated indicators of the management system of industrial enterprises for 2020-2025, indicate that most of the analyzed enterprises need active implementation of the mechanism of innovation management-oriented development to increase the level of competitiveness, focused on forward development and human focus, which will reorient activity of industrial enterprises on the innovative model, to increase the level of socio-economic development, investment attractiveness and innovation potential.
\nThus, innovation-oriented development of industrial enterprises requires appropriate changes in existing forms and methods of management, which requires continuity and creativity in the innovation management system.
