personnel management is not possible without the use of modern personnel technologies in the personnel management system in any field of activity. Typically, the effectiveness of personnel management depends on the mechanisms and methods chosen by management to use the process of personnel management in the institution. The use of modern personnel technologies is one of the most important conditions for the development of the team, and hence the growth of the rating (reputation) of the institution, as a consequence of increasing the productivity of employees and their interest in their work. However, despite the significant number of scientific papers devoted to the study of personnel management, the question of the development of modern personnel technologies in the personnel management system remains poorly studied. The relevance of this study is due to the new socio-economic relations that have developed in all spheres of life and also in the treasury; the need to improve and implement modern personnel technologies in the personnel management system in the labor collectives of state institutions, which promotes the efficient use of personnel and increases labor productivity.<br \/>\nModern personnel technologies in the personnel management system are considered. The main factors influencing the formation of the personnel management system are highlighted. The basic principles of effective personnel management at the enterprise are formed. Types and groups of innovative personnel-technologies of personnel management are considered. The tools of ensuring competitiveness and increasing the efficiency of the latest personnel management system have been formed.
