\u0406n market conditions, the determining factor that determines the competitive position of economic entities in the market is the profitability of their results. At the same time, a prerequisite for ensuring the effective work of business entities is a sound strategy for their development and detailed operational plans for the stages of its implementation. An integral part of success is the formation of a reliable team of top managers and the establishment of close relationships with internal and external stakeholders of enterprises. This determines the relevance of the study of needs and motives in the activities of different groups of stakeholders and their consideration in improving the efficiency of the management system.
\nEmphasis should be placed on the importance of establishing close links between the governance system and the civil society in the business area and with civil society organizations. In this case, the community can be considered as a set of all external stakeholders for the company.
\nThe significance of increasing the efficiency of agricultural enterprises by developing a behavioral approach in their top-management\u00a0 is underscored in the article. The set of relations of agricultural enterprises with the separation of groups of internal and external stakeholders and with characteristics of their predominant needs and motives are generalized. Factors of increasing the role of each of stakeholders groups in the process of formation and realization of management decisions in agricultural enterprises are determined. Perspectives of the further researches are concluded in the substantiation of relation system between different groups of stakeholders and determining of documents for it.
