The newest way to increase the efficiency of public functions is public-private partnership (PPP), which provides for the transfer of private business part of the economic, organizational and managerial functions in the production of public goods, public services, public property management.
\nThis successful method helps to increase the efficiency of budget support for local development projects, which requires the formation of mechanisms for integrating public and private financial resources, public-business partnerships in these areas, providing a certain organizational and legal form of these relations. PPP is of particular importance for the economy of the regions, where it is based on the development of local markets for capital, goods and services.
\nThe article examines public-private partnership enterprises in various countries. Intensification of economic development, sustainable improvement of the welfare of the country’s population and strengthening of Ukraine’s position in the world community are impossible without high efficiency of public administration and dynamic use of available resources in the economy. The most progressive way to increase the efficiency of public functions is public-private partnership (PPP), which involves the transfer of private business part of the economic, organizational and managerial functions in the production of public goods, public services, public property management.
