The impact of climate on agriculture is obvious, data on climate pressure on agricultural production are widely covered in the literature, but there is a need to consider the reverse processes of increasing greenhouse gas emissions from agricultural activities as one of the major causes of climate change. In all countries with developed economies, this role is performed by consultants of agricultural services, organized in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory system of the country.
\nThe network of agricultural advisory, the main purpose of which is to promote the improvement of welfare through increasing the level of knowledge of the rural population and rural development, has stable state support in EU countries, which radically distinguishes the provision of advisory services from Ukraine.
\nUsing analytical methods in 2019, experts-advisors of the Agrarian Advisory Service of Odessa region together with NASDSU conducted a survey of target groups of participants in agricultural production of Odessa region. The analysis of the survey results showed low awareness (4.81 \u00b1 2.15% of respondents) of farm owners in Odessa region on the measures proposed by experts of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy within the Draft Strategy for Prevention and Adaptation to Climate Change in Ukraine until 2030, which did not allow they implement innovations in resource-saving production due to lack of funds and ignorance of opportunities to obtain them with state support.
\nAt the same time, 93.07 \u00b1 4.94 % of teachers at Odessa State Agrarian University were aware of the provisions of the Project and could provide information services as expert advisors. The survey data showed that 58.65 \u00b1 10.37% of farm owners consider the use of information technology consulting useful for business efficiency, which highlights the need for further scientific and methodological search for positive practices of advisory support in terms of environmental, climatic and economic risks of modern agricultural sector of Ukraine.
\nThe organizational model of advisory support of farms developed taking into account foreign experience can be used for further development of a network of regional advisory services of Ukraine.
